Sharing Feedback

Tandem is built for you. Whether you have found a bug or have a great idea for a new feature, we want to hear from you. Your feedback helps us prioritize what to build next.

How to get in touch

The best way to reach the product team is through your institution's Tandem Tertiary Administrator. They coordinate regular feedback sessions with our developers and can escalate critical issues immediately.

Alternatively, you can contact us directly at admin@tandemlearning.com.au.

Report a bug

Found something broken? Let us know what happened and how we can reproduce it.

Suggest a feature

Have an idea that would save you time? We are always looking for ways to improve your workflow.

General feedback

Tell us what you love or what you find frustrating about using Tandem.

Reporting bugs

If you encounter an error, please capture as much detail as possible. A helpful bug report usually includes:

  • A description of what you were trying to do.
  • The steps we can take to see the error ourselves.
  • Screenshots or error messages if available.
  • The assessment or page URL where the issue occurred.

Feature requests

Tandem evolves based on the needs of teaching staff. When suggesting a new feature, try to explain the problem you are trying to solve rather than just the solution. This helps us design features that work for everyone.
